Congratulations to Larry Smith who has won our first Temp of the Month Award for 2020!

Every month we recognise one of our hardworking temps with an award and a £20 voucher to thank them for their ongoing commitment.

Larry was nominated by our Swansea team and stood out as a very worthy winner for the first award of the New Year.

“Larry has worked regularly for our Swansea office for the last year as a Chef.  He is a great member of staff who is always flexible and will help out at short notice.  Our clients all think very highly of him and he is always asked back time & time again. Emma, who heads up the Catering & Hospitality division here at Vibe, never needs to chase his timesheets and he always gives her plenty of notice for holidays.  It is clear that Larry treats his work at Vibe Recruit as a long term career and takes it very seriously which is fantastic.”
