Vibe Recruit are delighted to welcome two new Recruitment Consultants to the team.

Lauren Ferguson and Olivia Hale join our Caerphilly team after a period of significant growth.

Lauren comes from a Sales background having worked in a number of sectors including Technology, Health & Safety as well as Recruitment.

Lauren said: “Having worked in various industries I know that my heart is in Recruitment so I’m really excited to be joining the Vibe team. Since Vibe came on the recruitment scene the company has gone from strength to strength.

I see huge potential to grow with Vibe and feel I will get the support and training I need to do so. The team at Vibe work together to reach a shared goal and I’m proud to be a part of that.”

Olivia has been working in Recruitment since April and has already shown her potential having stepped up from Resourcer to Consultant in that time.

She said: “I’m so pleased to be working back in an environment where we’re encouraged to work as a team and get recognition for the hard work that we do. Stepping into the Consultant role will give me the opportunity to starting building relationships with clients and candidates and this is something I’m really looking forward to.”
