​We are pleased to announce that Brad Rowlands, Senior Recruitment Consultant of our East Wales team recently celebrated his two-year anniversary with Vibe Recruit. During his time with us, Brad has consistently made significant contributions to the team, demonstrating his dedication and expertise in his role.

His hard work and commitment have been instrumental in the success of our East Wales team, and we are grateful for his continued efforts in delivering exceptional results.

To celebrate Brad’s anniversary, we took the opportunity to catch up with him on his journey so far. In this interview, Brad shares his experiences and accomplishments, giving us an insight into his time with Vibe Recruit.

What is your favourite part of your role?

My favourite part about my role is meeting all different types of candidates and building strong relationships with clients across Wales.

​What do you like the most about working at Vibe?

I really like the atmosphere and family feel within Vibe – it sounds cliché but we really are like one big family.

​ What has been your biggest accomplishments throughout your time with Vibe? 

One of my biggest accomplishments would be managing one of our larger clients high recruitment needs, holding large inductions weekly which seen them go to a 100+ temp account in a short period of time. Though this was a challenging period, it was great to see the hard work paying off whilst maintaining fantastic relationships with the rest of my clients.

​How would you describe the culture? 

The culture in Vibe is great - no matter what situation we find ourselves in, we all work together. Vibe has a great friendly, family feel with the right support to guide you to where you want to be.

​Do you have a favourite memory to share from the past 2 years?

I think my funniest memory was Olivia’s first day, she fell from her chair and got stuck. Being too shy to ask for help, she was there for over 10 minutes. I just wish she was still as shy! 😊
