As lockdown restrictions begin to ease across Wales, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to ensure we are completely compliant with Government guidelines and that when we reopen our offices everything is in place to protect our staff and candidates.
Vibe Recruit are committed to doing everything reasonably practicable to minimise the risk of staff, candidates and visitors contracting and transmitting an infectious disease such as COVID-19.
We’d like to reassure you of the measures we’ve put in place which will make our branches as safe and clean as possible.
Our branches will be reopening from 29th June for appointments only.
Please note that we will be temporarily operating on limited opening hours, not our usual 8am-5pm but our teams are available to help 24 hours a day.
Hygiene and Cleanliness
On entering any Vibe Recruit office, staff and visitors must wash or sanitise their hands immediately with the products provided.
Regular hand washing and sanitisation must be carried out throughout the course of the day (Government guidelines state that this should be done every 20 mins).
The office will be thoroughly cleaned at multiple points throughout the day with particular focus on high risk areas such as photocopiers, workstations, pens etc.
Doors will be propped open to avoid any person having to make contact with door handles.
Vibe Recruit will ensure that all offices are fully stocked with hand sanitiser, hand wash, disposable hand towels, bin liners and single use dis-infectant wipes.
All visitors and staff are expected to adhere to the 2-metre social distancing rule at all times.
Candidates and visitors will be provided with clear guidance on social distancing rules and hygiene prior to their arrival at the office by either email, phone or text.
Our staff will not be permitted to share workstations or any communal areas or facilities to
reduce the risk of transmission.
In order to limit the number of people in the office at any one time, candidates must book an
appointment slot in advance.
Appointments will be staggered to avoid overcrowding in the office and ensure social distancing
is easy to adhere to.
Please note: we will no longer be accepting drop-in appointments. All candidate registrations
should be via appointment only.
It is absolutely essential that we are all aware of our own responsibilities when it comes to preventing the spread of COVID-19.
If you or anyone in your household has been displaying symptoms of COVID-19 it is imperative that you do not attend your appointment.
Instead you should inform us so that we can help minimise any potential risk of transmission to others.
You should also contact a Doctor or medical professional as appropriate; to seek medical advice immediately. NHS Direct can be called at any time for advice on 111.
