One of our very successful clients based in Pencoed is now recruiting an Account Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis and contribute to the future success of the business.

As an Account Manager, you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Deal with customers enquiries and promote understanding of the business and services provided to maximise sales
Contribute information to sales strategies by assessing current product results, monitoring competitive products, assessing needs to be filled and analysing customer reactions
Proactively source new business and update the CRM system accordingly
Organise meetings, attend networking events and training meetings

What are we looking for in you?
You are proactive with a "can do" attitude and excellent communication skills
Team player
Great attention to details
Proficient computer user including the Microsoft Office package
Previous experience in sales or account management, project management, recruitment or call centre agent would be beneficial
