Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) Business Manager
Salary: £35,000- £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours)
Type: Full Time, Permanent
My client is looking for a Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) Business Manager to join their well-known brand dealership in Cardiff. My client is looking for a candidate that can provide support for the GVSM and the sales team with the efficient running of the Van Sales Department with focus on maximising all chassis and downstream revenue opportunities whilst ensuring the dealership remains FCA compliant and adhering to our customer centric company values.

-Finance proposal/pay-out management and ability to find solutions to related issues.
-Stage 1 sign off on all sales to ensure order accuracy and compliance.
-Responsible for van connectivity process management and achievement of manufacturers objectives and customers' requirements.
-Manage the sales process and customer journey with focus on total solution selling. Manage customer concerns and manufacturers CSI programme.
-Ensure sales team are transacting orders on dealership management system (Dealer Web) and are logging all enquiries and prospecting activity.
-Pioneer the departments electric vehicle sales strategy ensuring the team are aware of any technological enhancements or opportunities.
-Alongside the GVSM design and implement a robust customer retention process which is effective and consistently adhered to.
-Maintain detailed and accurate record of all transactions on department deal tracker.
-Provide sales team with any manufacturer led finance offers and implement finance offerings to enhance departments used stock turn.
-Provide effective dealership cover for sales manager when required.
Key Performance Measures:
-Van connectivity objectives achieved.
-Achievement of Finance and Insurance business budget objectives.
-Actively promote value added products such as service care plans.
-Department FCA Compliance.
