Job Description

Due to a period of sustained growth, Vibe Recruit are seeking a Administrator and Office support assistant to join a well established client in the Bridgend area.


  • First point of contact for customer queries.
  • Assisting with all administrative duties.
  • Raising invoices for despatch orders.
  • Cross reference a high volume of order labels and PO numbers to ensure accurate delivery of products.
  • Assist with any other ad hoc office duties.


  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products, such as Excel, and outlook.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with clients & customers.
  • High level of organisation.
  • Have ability to manage own workload.
  • Good mathematical ability.
  • A level qualification essential
  • Degree desirable.

The successful candidate must be flexible and should have the ability to work 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Part time option is available.

Own transport is essential.

ASAP start is available.
