Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator in the Barry area.

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm (45 mins lunch)

£18,500 - £20,000 dependant on experience.

Key accountabilities

Planning, organising and prioritising daily tasks to maintain high levels of customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring service level agreements are met.

Ensuring processes are followed in line with regulatory and company standards and records are maintained to the highest standard.

Undertake general administration duties for the General Manager

  • Strong Organisational skills
  • Good telephone manner

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with other team members
  • Working as part of a team, demonstrating co-operation and flexibility
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Packages
  • Use of Oracle - this shall be trained.
