A rare opportunity within an exciting company based in Swansea has arisen for an experienced administrator.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join their small and friendly team in a broad and varied role that will allow you to get involved in a variety of tasks including:
-Undertaking general office duties as directed such as photocopying, scanning and filing
-Dealing with Health and Safety, ensuring company's policies remain up to date and compliant, and training needs are met
-Basic understanding of Accounting, supplier reconciliations, courier checks and reconciliations
-Dealing with HR, such as Interviews and Recruitment, Inductions, ongoing maintenance of HR Records, Updating -Employment Contracts and Policies, Probationary Meetings, Annual Appraisals and Terminations of existing staff where necessary
-Secretarial support to Directors when required
This role will suit someone who is:
-Able to work under own initiative
-Hands on and Team player
This role is Monday Friday 9am 5pm, has free parking and comes with a competitive salary.
