The Role
- Liaising with the customer and communicating any issues
- Preparing Export Air Waybills
- Negotiating rates directly with Airlines
- Declaring export entries using Chief
- Coordinating each shipment from start to finish
Qualifications/Experience
- Previous experience completing AirWay bills essential within the freight forwarding industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of customer service
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Demonstrable knowledge of customs documentation
