VibeRecruit is working on behalf of a leading training & development organization that focus on upskilling and preparing individuals for careers within the construction sector. They offer a wide range of nationally recognized & accredited courses which support those who are seeking a career within construction and trades positions across the UK.

Due to operational requirements they are currently seeking an Apprenticeship Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the Apprenticeship programme; ensuring that it meets the required regulatory & legislative standards.

The successful candidate will be managing a team of student recruiters, as well as leading on a range of campaigns designed to attract potential candidates to commit to pursuing a career in the construction sector.

He / she will be required to carry out regular audits throughout the recruitment & apprenticeship process including checking "right to work", assessing suitability and ensuring standards are maintained throughout the whole process.

The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of apprenticeship systems, legislation and regulations, together with a working knowledge of post-secondary education processes. Experience working in a recruitment environment would also be an advantage.
