We are currently recruiting for a Assistant Quality Manager to join an industry leading training company providing Welsh Government & European Social Funded & part-funded training programmes to a wide range of businesses in diverse sectors.

As Assistant Quality Manager you will be responsible for assisting the Quality Manager in ensuring that Talk training:

• meets the required quality control (including internal audit) and quality assurance standards; and the retention of the Company's quality, environmental and people development accredited standards:
• is compliant with Health and Safety legislation (including the Welsh Government's Code of Practice for funded apprentices in Wales) and other relevant laws and regulations.
• achieves its IT strategy and continuing systems development

Ideally, you will have knowledge and experience of:

• Quality Control and Assurance in an Education setting and knowledge of Welsh Government funded apprenticeship delivery (or Quality Control and Assurance in the service sector).
• Working with BSI Quality, Green Dragon Environmental and Investors in People accrediting bodies.
• Working with IT and possessing a good level of IT proficiency.
• Working with Health and Safety Legislation.
• Effective communication, presentation and planning

The main selling point in this role is the career progression. This role will naturally lead to a Quality Manager position within the next two years. This is a highly varied role where you will have the chance to work on a number of ongoing projects with high profile clients.
