Job Description

Vibe's client based in Cardiff, a UK-based independent health company are looking to appoint a Business Support Co-ordinator with an immediate start.

Main Duties

  • Management of our document centre (SharePoint)
  • General admin support to CEO and CFO (confidentiality required)
  • HR support
  • Compliance Admin including document control and Health and Safety
  • General functional support of a small fast growing on-line retail business
  • Process sales orders via MHC Royal Mail Click & Drop account
  • Monitor and action any stock needed for kit building and distribution to ensure there is always sufficient stock available

In the absence of (or if support is required) the Customer Service Co-Ordinator:

  • Daily monitoring and actioning of the customer refund spreadsheet in accordance with the companies refund procedure
  • Daily monitoring and actioning of the customer enquiry spreadsheet
  • Daily monitoring of Trustpilot/Google & Facebook customer feedback/reviews ensuring all customers are responded to within three working days
  • Compile and send daily a summary of the sales orders
  • Respond to customer queries via Telephone/Email & Live Chat

Working Hours - 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday

Parking is available / home and office working
