Call Centre Agent

Location: Romford

Salary: £18,500 plus incentives On Target Earnings additional £3,600.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 35 hours Monday- Saturday, shift work

My client is the industry leaders in both debt recovery and metering services for the utility industry and they are looking for the right candidate to join their ever-growing team.

You will be required to:

  • Update our bespoke internal CRM application with the information provided to you by customers and our clients.

  • Answer queries from our clients' customers.

  • Arrange appointments with both our field representatives and customers.

  • Be professional and polite at all times.

  • Meet required service standards as defined by key performance indicators.

  • Make outbound calls to customers.

  • Communicate with our clients directly.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Empathetic and understanding.

  • Personable, friendly and confident.

  • Experienced in customer services

  • Previous collections experience is advantageous.

  • Previous telephony experience is advantageous.
