Job Description

Vibe recruit are currently seeking a Claims Handler to join an award winning customer focused company based in Abingdon in Oxfordshire. Full training and supervision is provided in this role.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Providing email and telephone based advice and support to customer's within agreed service levels.
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Investigating queries
  • Updating weekly reports
  • Handling complaints

Essential skills and attributes;

  • Confident in dealing with calls both inbound and outbound
  • Empathetic and calm nature
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent prioritising skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service skills

What can you expect from the company:

  • Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week
