Cleaning Contracts Manager

We are looking for a Cleaning Contracts Manager for our client based in Wantage.

As Cleaning Contracts Manager you will:

• Deal with all operational planning at contract level
• Liaise at all levels with clients and be their first point of contact
• Manage all directly employed staff including Area and Site Supervisors including recruitment and selection, training, performance management and staff retention
• Manage budgets, stock control and maintain and keep Health & Safety manuals up to date
• Carry out risk assessments as required

As Contracts Manager you will have:

• Hands-on approach
• Positive outlook
• Good sense of humour
• Do you have some contract management or supervisory experience in facilities or similar?
