Customer Service Administrator

My client based in Neath area are seeking an office based CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR to join their small, fun and friendly team.

Hours: 9am- 5pm
Days: Monday Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Circa £18,500


Skills and experience needed:

Experience in delivering customer service.
Empathetic and understanding.
Personable, friendly and confident.
Educated to GCSE standard.
Previous telephony and admin experience is desired.

Your main duties within this role:

Discuss and arrange suitable resolutions for customers or suppliers in response to their queries via email or phone.
Assist client's customers with their general enquiries usually through email.
Make outbound calls to client's, customers or suppliers when required.
Ensuring relevant systems are kept updated.
Be professional and polite at all times.
