We are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Administrator to join a growing national manufacturer with a major distribution hub in Newton Aycliffe. This company supplies much needed products all over the country to hospitals and healthcare facilities on a daily basis. No two days are the same and you'll be joining a great team in a fun, lively working environment.

As Customer Service Administrator you will:

- Use your previous experience to deliver a first class customer service over the phone and via email

- Draw on your communication skills when liaising regularly with the warehouse, goods out, drivers and Service Engineers

- Keep customers updated on the status of their order and handle any remedial queries effectively

- Be a team player and have great attention to detail when accurately updating computer databases and producing quotes for customers
