We are currently recruiting for a Junior Customer Service to work for a leading manufacturer in Ystrad Mynach. You'll be using your communication skills to effectively build and maintain effective working relationships with customers.

As Junior Customer Services Administrator you will:

• Manage customer expectations and building strong relationships with internal and external customers

• Provide customer service in a multi-channel environment i.e. phone, online, web services, video chat

• Be a direct point of contact for the customer, including the handling of incoming customer queries & account development.

Ideally you'll need:

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of using computer systems
• Excellent organisational, and time management skills
