They are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for an immediate start.
This role is supporting people looking for employment which is part of a major government initiative. The are looking for customer service advisor with a good eye for detail to deliver a process-led service. Helping candidates to access a range of on-line resources and training materials. Recording the customer's journey into an on-line records system will also be key, so being comfortable with supporting administration processes will be important.
Hours of work - Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
You must have at least 3 years employment history.
