Customer Service Advisor - Bicester - £26,000

Position: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £26,000

Location: Bicester

Type: Full-time or Part-time - Temporary to permanent

Shift pattern: 10:00am - 19:00pm

12:00pm - 21:00pm

Our client is continuously expanding and are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their busy warehouse team in Bicester. Your main responsibility will be dealing with customer enquiries on a daily basis, building and maintaining relationships and providing great customer service within a fast-paced environment.

Please note this role works on a shift basis, open to talk about part-time hours and flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Organise and prioritise customer queries
  • Ensuring phone, fax and e mail orders have been processed correctly and efficiently
  • Liaise with internal departmental managers to help and maintain customer service levels
  • Supporting office staff with customer information and assist in delivering maximum customer satisfaction
  • To support office staff in answering phone calls in good time and prioritise customers
  • Ensure all company policies, rules and regulations are being followed
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders
  • Investigate customer queries by liaising with internal departments where needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar fast paced work environment or customer service-based role
  • Good IT skills (Word and Outlook)
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
