We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client based in Penallta ( Ystrad Mynach )
Job Role:
To deliver a cashiering service in a face-to-face environment in line with financial regulations and agreed procedures at any one of our Customer Service Centres. Our Customer Service Centres are based at Penallta House - Tredomen, Pontlottyn, Bargoed, Blackwood, Risca, Newbridge and Caerphilly.
Job Purpose
Provide high quality customer service across a number of Service access channels, acting as an 'advocate' for the customer.
Deliver a variety of service requests by accessing various services.
Pro-actively manage the life cycle of the service request.
Job Requirements
Previous experience and proven ability in the delivery of customer services.
Ability to work as part of a team, and to be self motivated, working without close supervision.
Desirable Qualifications
Holds or committed to achieving an Institute of Customer Service Award or a similar recognised Service qualification.
5 GCSEs Grade A*-C or equivalent Level 2 qualifications on the Credit and Qualifications Framework.
Or Level 2 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework.
