We are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to partner with the field sales team of an industry leading manufacturer in Ystrad Mynach to serve the customer and ensure their journey is as seamless as possible. You must build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, the sales team and internal departments such as planning, production, design and dispatch.

As Customer Service Executive you will:

- Use strong attention to detail and the ability to spot an opportunity to improve service

- Act as a liaison between the Sales, Onboarding and Fulfilment, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations teams providing a single point of contact for all new order related processes

- Manage customer expectations and build strong relationships with internal and external customers

- Maintain, whilst developing customer service policies and procedures

- Record and escalate customer complaints

- Represent Client Services in production meetings

- Possess a strong ability in database administration to ensure client records are up to date and accurate

- Provide customer service in a multi-channel environment i.e. phone, online, web services, video chat

- Be a direct point of contact for the customer, including the handling of incoming customer queries & account development.


Skills and Attributes needed

- Experience of working within manufacturing environment

- Understand KPI's and how they are to be met.

- Excellent communication skills with experience in maintaining client relationships.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent understanding of the product specifications, materials and process
