Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Would you like to finish work at 3pm on a Friday? Interested in Sales? Have previous experience in a customer service or sales in a manufacturing or B2B role? Join a company that will facilitate a fast-track route to success and join our client near Oxford as Customer Service Executive.

The Customer Service Executive will:

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Monitor and expedite customer orders through the business
  • Proactively communicate late deliveries to customers
  • Liaise with customers to identify production requirements
  • Communicate customer production requirements to the Supply Chain Team
  • Handle and respond efficiently to all general and order specific customer enquiries within 24 hours
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and third-party stake holders

The Customer Service Executive will have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional experiences to the customer
  • The ability to listen, empathise, build rapport and understanding
  • Enjoy taking ownership of queries to get them resolved
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Excellent computer literacy skills and the confidence to learn new systems
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Previous sales or customer service experience form manufacturing or B2B
