Job Description

Our client based in Caerphilly is looking to appoint a Customer Service Administrator. Manufacturers of pressure area care solutions, mattresses, cushions, for the healthcare industry.The business is becoming a market leader within their field and this position has arisen due to expansion.

Working as part of The Customer Service and Administration Team to support and aid in daily admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to learn, develop general knowledge of company, products, services and pricing.
  • Ability to recognise and transfer new customer sales calls to sales reps.
  • Handle customer enquiries, establish and maintain customer sales account, transferring technical sales calls to Tech Services.
  • Ability to recognise and transfer new customer sales calls to sales reps.
  • Communicate orders against stock, check delivery schedules and analysing sales history.
  • Provide excellent customer service by keeping the customer fully updated on status of order.
  • Communicate with staff in relevant department: sales, technical services, production, warehouse, to confirm the status of customer orders/technical service and resolve customer complaints.
  • Enter data into databases and/or business systems to maintain up-to-date customer records; enter and track the status of orders and deliveries; to maintain sales commission and expense records; and generate sales reports and statistics.
  • Job cards or any other information through to production and dispatch
  • Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with all customer visits (meet & greet).
  • Agree to undertake all training offered that is necessary to maintain the skills required for this role.
  • Work in a safe manner and have a proactive approach to all Health & Safety and environmental issues.
  • Flexible attitude to work additional hours to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Adapt / adopt new methods of working and/or new technology the Company introduces and undergo training as the Company directs.
