Deputy Production Manager

Are you looking for a new position as a Production Manager or similar? Are you a strong leader and enjoy working as part of a successful team? Do you have previous experience working in production / food production? Are you available to work 11am - 7pm Monday to Friday?

As Deputy Production Manager you will:

• Assist the Standards Manager one day a week with all compliance related forms and procedures
• Complete weekly stock control reconciliation (in Excel) to ensure accuracy of stock count, stock movements and closing stock reporting to the Finance Team
• Work with the Warehouse & Logistics Manager to ensure correct storage of ingredients and finished goods
• Ensuring all operators are working to SOP and producing high quality food in a safe environment
• Train and coach the team have regular 121 feedback discussions
• Resource plan for holidays and sickness / absence / recruitment and appraisals

The Deputy Production Manager will have:

• Food hygiene level 2 experience
• Min 2 years managing / supervising in a production environment (food manufacturing preferred)
• MS Office - Intermediate Excel required
• HACCP training
• Strong leader
• Ability to follow process
• Highly organised
• Energetic with a can-do attitude
