We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work for an international manufacturer on the outskirts of Newport. The company in question is highly regarded and seen by many as 'employer of choice' in the area.

This is a highly varied, interesting role where you will have the chance to work in a skilled, established and supportive engineering team. The role also comes with company benefits that are second to none as well as convenient days regular working hours ( Monday - Friday ).

Joining this international manufacturer you will:

- Use your Electrical Maintenance skills to full advantage when working on a number of new projects, installations and repairs

- Showcase your electrical fault finding, inspection and testing skills on a wide range of equipment

- Successfully interpret schematic drawings and be familiar with up to date wiring regulations

- Be familiar with using a CMMS system and communicating effectively with other members of the engineering team and production

- Display experience of working with high voltages

- Be focused on continuous improvement and be able to work with PLCs
