Estimator - Based Stonehouse Gloucester- Permanent Role

Salary - £30 - 45k dependent on experience

VibeRecruit is working with an award-winning light steel frame design & construction company who are industry leaders operating across the residential & commercial sectors respectively.

Their main projects include designing & constructing bespoke housing, schools & colleges, student accommodation and leisure facilities across the UK; using light frame structural steel, which is sustainable, quick to manufacture and highly cost efficient.

Due to increased business gains they are currently seeking an Estimator.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Assist in the carrying out of the running of commercial aspects of the company
• Carry out tenders
• Assist and manage project costs to final account
• Assist with valuations for works on site
• Assist in producing white cards
• Assist and produce Budgets for projects
• Report to Commercial Director, and other Directors

Experience in Steelwork and Drylining would be an advantage.
