We are currently recruiting for an Export and Logistics Warehouse Manager to join an award winning, highly successful and growing manufacturer in Ystrad Mynach. This is a role with great scope for future progression as the company continues to grow after recent investment.

As Export and Logistics Warehouse Manager you will:

- Showcase your leadership skills when managing and motivating a team of 5 warehouse employees

- Manage, plan and monitor logistics, storage and distribution of raw materials and finished goods

- Use negotiation skills when managing transportation contracts and monitoring contracts

- Raise customs documentation, display knowledge of EORI, Incoterms and terms of shipments

- Monitor quality, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

- Recommend and implement ways of improving warehouse system and operational upgrades

- Monitor staff levels, take a lead role in recruitment and manage sickness and absence
