Vibe are currently representing a renowned Financial Services and Debt Recovery client whose Head Office is based in Romford, Essex. With vast experience across all aspects of the gas and electricity market combined with using cutting edge technology this client offers a unique service within a growing industry in the UK. Your role as field-based representative will be to visit clients and customers dealing with matters relating to their gas and electricity supply. All applicants must have a full clean driving license and their own vehicle with full insurance. In addition, you must have a clean criminal record and will be required to complete a DBS check (Disclosure and Barring service). Â

Duties
Working with a handheld terminal and using a bespoke CRM system
Negotiate repayment plans
Arrange appointments with customers
Handle various methods of payments
Identify vulnerable customers
Communicate with our internal departments
Communicate directly with our clients

Attributes needed to make this role a success
Highly motivated
Previous collections experience highly advantageous
A good working knowledge of court procedures highly advantageous
Able to work using your own initiative
Able to work within defined timescales
Able to react positively to change
