Job Description

Due to an expansion of growth, Vibe Recruit's client based in St.Athan, South Wales, is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator that will thrive in a dynamic environment

The individual will have:

  1. Familiarity with working within a busy Finance function
  2. Processing of Sales and Purchase Invoice Approval and Processing
  3. Processing of Expense Claims
  4. Experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Sharepoint
  5. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics
  6. Placing Orders and contact with Suppliers
  7. Assistance with general office and building administration tasks as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

GCSE Maths and English grades A-C OR Equivalent

AAT preferred but not essential

EXPERIENCE

Experience in a similar role

Basic Accountancy Knowledge

Competent in Excel and Word

Numerate, accurate with an attention to detail

Able to manage workload and be flexible to fit in with other projects

Work to deadlines

Self-Motivated team player

DESIRABLE

Knowledge around Business Dynamics

Security cleared

Working hours - 40 hrs per week 8.30am-5.30pm with an hour lunch.
