Vibe Recruit's client, based on the outskirts of Cardiff, are looking to recruit a Finance and Sales Support Administrator.
Working closely with the Finance and Commercial teams, the successful candidate will be required to;
- Manage the orders inbox, ensuring all customer orders are actioned and any queries answered
- Handle and process Sales Orders for prospective new customers, using Sage to complete
- Support the day to day commercial team on their regular processes
- Obtain and create reports required by the commercial team to support their analysis of performance Support the Finance Manager with invoicing for key customers
- Handling EPOS data from customer portals ready for analysis
- Support Finance Manager with some month end tasks as appropriate
- Support finance and commercial team on ad hoc projects
Skills required
Essential -
- Enjoy multi-tasking and stay organised
- Demonstrate strong communication skills when dealing with customers
- Enjoy a process driven role where end to end tasks are completed successfully
- Have good computer and written communication skills
- Have a friendly and professional demeanour
Desirable -
- Has experience in using Sage, or other similar systems
- Studying for an accounting qualification
On-the-job training will be offered to the successful candidate, as will continued professional and personal development with regular appraisals and ongoing appropriate training.
