We are recruiting for a Floor Fitting Contracts Manager to join a highly reputable, long established firm in Bristol.

Your role will be to plan and organise various sized House build flooring contracts delivery to meet customers' needs from time of order to completion, ensuring that all health and safety needs, material and labour requirements are met in a smooth and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities :

- Distribute job packs and collect finished packs ,supervise the loading of vans
- Ensure daily that there is the right level of fitters and arrange or rearrange fitters to ensure minimum fitter down-time
- Actively recruit new fitters and trainees, participating in selection and interviews
- Induct new fitters and ensure they have the equipment, transport and PPE they require
- Check installed flooring to ensure it reaches Golesworthy quality standards
- Monitor fitting standards, identifying fitters requiring training
- Line management responsibilities of fitting teams
- Visit sites to build relationships with site manager
- Carry out site surveys to ensure the plots are ready for are arrival
