We are currently recruiting for a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to join a household name in UK retailing at their Cardiff head office.

As Head of Financial Planning and Analysis you will:

- Be a qualified Accountant ICAEW, CIMA or ACCA 5 Years PQE
- Have previous commercial fast paced environment experience
- Display strong management skills when overseeing 3 analysts
- Show strong planning & systems reporting development & implementation
- Overview of monthly management accounts for Retail, Logistics and Central costs
- Take ownership of budgets, forecasts and latest views accuracy
- Regular performance reviews for both stores & e-commerce with heads of departments / Regional Managers
- Interpret all financial/management information and make recommendations to senior management
- Provide financial management information to senior management in respect of strategic and operational decisions
