Salary: £30,000.00 - £32,000.00 per annum plus benefits

The role

My client is a precision engineering business based in Bristol offering a fantastic benefits package and a recently refurbished state of the art office. Reporting directly to the General Manager you will have sole responsibility for delivering HR Management and outsource Payroll within the Aerospace division. You will liaise with all departments to ensure high employee satisfaction and continual business performance.

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsibility and management for all HR activities within the Aerospace division, resolving and facilitating day to day issues, training requirements, disciplinary, policies etc
• Manager the Outsource Payroll and be the contact for queries and communications from employees, managers and Qtac
• Focusing and driving business practices regarding man-management/ equipping the departments with the tools to achieve their targets
• Reporting and working directly with Managers
• Driving other key business projects when required
• Attending all managers meetings

Person specification

• Recent HR & Payroll experience
• Good Knowledge of financial management accounting processes would be beneficial.
• Strong IT skills. Experienced in all Microsoft Office packages. Sage experience (desirable)
• Able to work on own initiative and under pressure
• Experience of dealing with disciplinary and grievance issues and be able to advise Managers during processes
• HR CIPD Level 3 qualification or above would be beneficial
