HR Manager - Main Duties

• Managing the recruitment, selection and on boarding processes
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues, reporting to the General Manager
• Payroll processing
• Develop HR policies and procedures to and implement new systems
• Ensure all HR files are up to date and carry out associated admin tasks i.e. contracts of employment, reference requests etc.
• Managing staff welfare through 1-to-1 and appraisal meetings

HR Manager - Person Specification

• Previous experience as HR Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Project Manager is required
• Previous experience within the factory environment is desirable
• People oriented and results driven
• Great communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrates an efficient, highly organised, and structured style of working
• Motivated self-learner who can hit the ground running and put processes in place

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday, day shift only 37 hrs a week
