HR Officer

My client based in the Swansea area seeking to expand their current HR team.

Having grown exponentially over the last few years this is an excellent opportunity to become part of a Not For Profit organisation that seeks (and succeeds) to make a difference to peoples lives.

This is a really exciting opportunity if you are looking for a role with variety that is equally challenging and rewarding. Within this role you will be responsible for most aspects of HR including:
Managing Employee Relations
Disciplinaries & Grievances
Absence Management
Recruitment
HR Policies & Procedures
Supporting Recruitment Strategy



Whilst the CIPD Qualification is beneficial, it is not a necessity and my client will happily consider those who have the experience without the qualification.

Part-time applicants also welcome.

Salary of circa £24,000 and comfortable Monday - Friday working hours along with FREE onsite parking.
