We require HR People Partners across the East of England. Work in the heart of your community in - Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, north, south and west Essex.You will be embedded in either a Trust Business Unit or operate locally in a specialist service area. You will act as an interface between the Ops Management Teams and the centralised services. As HR People Partner you will; ·Act as an HR People Partner to all Senior Management and their teams ·Help facilitate improvements and support change management projects ·Provide expert advice and monitor performance ·Foster positive employee relations within the Trust and build lasting relationships ·Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current employment legislation and best practice ·Deal with queries and maintain records We require; ·Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels ·Ability to organise and prioritise ·Up to date knowledge of HR procedures and policies across all areas of HR ·Computer literacy ·Degree level qualification in HR or a similar discipline ·Graduate CIPD or evidence if continuing professional and personal development equivalent at this level This HR People Partner role comes with the full NHS package so please contact me asap for the full details. |
