Insurance Claims Handler

Vibe Recruit are on the lookout for a talented insurance claims handler with at least 1 years experience for a large UK based insurance company.

As a Claims Handler you will be part of a team working alongside Directors, Account Executives and other Handlers who are all fully engaged with the clients they handle.

You will be handling a cross section of claims so a strong technical knowledge and exemplary customer service skills will be essential along with the ability to communicate with clients at all levels.

You will be expected to:

• Handle claims from first notification though to settlement
• Liaise with clients, insurers and loss adjusters whilst maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards
• Use your technical knowledge to develop the appropriate solutions
• Work as part of a team to ensure deadlines are met and client's expectations are exceeded
