Internal Sales Manager

Vibe are recruiting for an Internal Sales Manager for a Leading Builder's Merchants in Merthyr Tydfil.

You will be tasked with establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base, achieving branch sales targets and increasing business opportunities. In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and the opportunity of progression within a growing independent merchant.

Responsibilities:

• You will be required to take a pro-active approach to liaising with both existing and potential customers
• Able to manage inbound and outbound sales calls, maximizing sales potential always
• Attracting new clients and ensuring ongoing development of the company through sales
• Monitoring sales and customer performance against targets
• Building and developing positive customer relations and ensuring excellent customer service throughout
• The successful candidate will have strong industry product knowledge, specific to a Builder's Merchants
• You must be an excellent negotiator, have good communication skills, be confident and enthusiastic.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous Sales Experience in a Builder's Merchants (Minimum 1 year)
• Excellent Customer service
• Effective Communicator
• Proficient at using all Microsoft office packages
• Ability to drive performance and manage effective teams

Salary: £28,000 per annum plus additional OTE

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturdays
