Vibe Recruit are working with a 4 star family-run hotel located in central Oxford to hire a relief Kitchen Porter. This is a full-time temporary position and accommodation can be provided to those who need it.
As a Kitchen Porter you will be aiding the friendly kitchen team in both breakfast, lunch and dinner service in their 2AA Rosette restaurant.
Kitchen Porter Duties
- Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
- Collect and wash up cooking equipment and utensils
- Clean food preparation areas
- Supporting chefs with basic food preparation including cutting ingredients, peeling and washing
- Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised
- Removing kitchen waste
- Unload food and equipment deliveries
- Keep the storeroom organized.
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week, including some weekend work.
Pay: £10.50 per hour
