Learning Experience Coach

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen with my client who are an award winning education provider.

They are seeking a customer service focused individual to become part of a Learning Experience team, supporting undergraduates who are completing Batchelor's Degrees and post-graduates who are completing MBA's.

Your role as a Learning Experience Officer will be to support students in any and all aspects of their University life to guide them through their courses and ensure that they achieve their potential. This could mean supporting with issues that arise with their courses or mitigating circumstances within their home lives that may be affecting their ability to reach their goals.

You will also be responsible for the administration of onboarding of new students onto courses.

The successful candidate does not need to have any specific Education background as this is primarily a Customer Services role and would suit anyone who has excellent communication skills and the ability to speak to a wide range of people via phone/email/virtual meetings.

You will need:

• Outstanding communication Skills
• A proven customer service or account management background
• Administration skills
• An excellent telephone manner aswell as the ability to hold meetings face to face (virtually)
• Motivation and enthusiasm
• A University Degree or equivalent

This is a permanent position, full-time working from home, with the option to visit the office in Swansea if you would like to mix office working with home working.
