Job Description: Steel Frame Assembly Operatives

Salary: £10.00 - £10.50 per hour

Hours: 6am - 2.30pm with overtime until 4pm

My client based in Pontypool is looking to recruit an experienced Steel Frame Fabricator.

Requirements:

• Over 2 years' experience fabricating and assembling structural steel/ light gauge framing
• The ability to fabricate and assemble unsupervised and to a high standard
• The ability to read and understand drawings and other manufacturing instructions
• Apply instructions to the allocated task
• Operate workshop equipment and hand tools without supervision and undertake training as required
• Maintain a positive and pro-active approach to the allotted task and the wider company
• Report any problems with production equipment to limit downtime
• Adhere to the health and safety policies
• Maintain a good working and professional relationship with everyone in the team
