Logistics Administrator
Job Type:Full- time, Permanent
Location:Pembrokeshire
Salary:Starting at £21,000
Hours: Monday to Friday
My client based in Pembrokeshire is looking for the right candidate to help them with their execution of the Customer Service & Transport scheduling workload, whilst providing support to the Logistics Team.
This client is a well-known bottled water brand who produce and supply businesses across the UK. They also have relationships with other major well-known brands therefore the career opportunities are endless.

Have you had pervious or current experience within an admin role or is admin apart of your role?

The key responsibilities of the role include:
*Process customer orders through Sage200 and spindle.
*Liaise with the Supply Chain Manager to agree daily priorities/work streams
*Liaise with the Supply Chain Manager to agree products required and deadlines for transport.
*Process requests for haulage to the suppliers right first time ensuring the most cost effective solution.
*Identify, implement and carry out on-going reviews with transport suppliers for performance against the business needs in conjunction with the Supply Chain Manager
*Maintain effective communication with the Sales team

*Support the customer service functions in processing orders, arranging transport and liaising with customers as required by the Supply Chain Manager
*Administrational duties within the department i.e. order processing/filing etc
