We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Clerk to join a team of three at a leading manufacturer in Llantrisant. This is an ideal opportunity to showcase your administration skills and attention to detail. It's an important role that has opened due to an internal promotion. Joining a team of three and taking advantage of excellent ongoing training and support, as Logistics Clerk you will:

- Use your communication skills to liaise with UK production facilities to understand requirements

- Prepare customs documentation for the correct and timely import of goods arriving from factories following Brexit guidelines for Romanian imports

- Review receipts of incoming stock and maintain an accurate stock record

- Liaise with transport and outsourced warehouses to ensure the timely arrival of incoming trucks and containers whilst confirming outgoing orders are delivered

- Liaise with outsourced warehouses to ensure timely pick, pack and dispatch of orders

- Prepare all dispatch documentation and ensure compliance with export requirements relating to the dispatch of UK orders

- Provide sales offices with prompt shipping details and relevant shipping documents

- Analyse existing stock records, open orders, and incoming goods to formulate an appropriate response to sales enquiries
