Machine Operator

Shift - Days 6am-2pm / Nights 10am-6am / Afternoons 2pm-10pm

Objective - To maximise the Double Wall machine output through good manufacturing practices and to work with other team members to continuously improve manufacturing performance.

Essential -
Mechanical aptitude
Methodical / structured approach to fault finding
Materials knowledge
Basic fault finding

Main Duties -
To feed machines with blanks
Keep machine supplied with material
To work with the forming team in order to achieve manufacturing targets
Identification and accurate reporting of manufacturing problems and initiation of corrective action
Maintain agreed standard of cleanliness of machine and work area
Other duties as reasonably requested
