Machine Operator

Vibe Recruit are working with a leading injection moulding company in Brackley to hire a Machine Operator. This is a temporary 3 month probation contract, with the opportunity to turn permanent for the right individual.

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to join the injection moulding industry with the position containing a structured learning plan to help you progress in your career. No experience is needed, as full training is provided to develop your skills within the industry.

Machine Operator Duties

• Setting up manufacturing equipment for daily use
• Quality checking and assorting of products
• Ensure machines run smoothly
• Material measuring
• General housekeeping

Machine Operator Skills

• Physically fit
• Positive attitude with the willingness to learn
• Focused with a good eye for detail
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot potential issues

Rotating Shifts:

Week 1: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm, Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm

Week 2: Monday - Thursday 12:00pm - 10:00pm, Friday 11:00am - 7:30pm

Pay: £10 per hour
