Are you an experienced Process Technician who enjoys running / maintaining factory equipment and assembly processes as well as monitoring and checking product quality? We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Process Technician to join an industry leading manufacturer in Ystrad Mynach. The company in question is going from strength to strength and you will have the chance to work in a modern, hi-tech automated environment.

As Manufacturing Process Technician you will:

- Achieve maximum effectiveness of machinery and equipment by minimising downtime and supporting the effective operation of the PPM system.

- Ensure products are produced exactly as intended and are free of defects.

- Perform equipment setup, operation, equipment adjustments and minor preventative maintenance tasks to meet all standards for safety, quality and efficiency.

- Run tests on all assemblies and equipment to test for safety and productivity before they are put into production.

- When identifying any problems, look for potential solutions and attempt to troubleshoot the issue using technical knowledge.

- Set up and operate different machines, run and monitor the output of machine tools, a highly automated manufacturing cell or process.

- Monitor and check the product quality as you will be responsible for identifying when the process is deviating from the norm and acting to correct it.

- Maintain accurate and clear documentation that proves that manufacturing is being carried out in accordance with both internal and external quality systems or regulations.
