We are recruiting for a Marketing Manager for a leading Brand with a head office in Wakefield. As Marketing Manager you will:

- Be part of a forward-thinking business and be given great support and ongoing development

- Manage the communications plan for loyalty card members and look for innovative ways of increasing membership and driving customer loyalty

- Use your experience of CRM strategies to encourage customer retention and maximise customer's lifetime value across all channels ( both traditional and digital )

- Analyse CRM campaigns and take action at a customer level to optimise campaign performance

- Showcase your passion for Brand and Communications when assisting in creating a future vision with the head of marketing

- Implement and manage the trade marketing calendar and ensuring innovative campaigns.

- Display attention to detail when analysing the performance of marketing campaigns and champion future campaigns from previous results.

- Work closely with the e-commerce and digital marketing teams to ensure one tone of voice across all touch points.

- Monitor and report on loyalty card database growth and churn
