Motor Claims Validator

Vibe Recruit are looking to recuit a number of Motor Claims Validators for a growing business based in the centre of Colchester.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a reputable organisation who are looking for ambitious, resilient, and talented individuals to join the Motor Claims Team.

The Role

You will be required to assist in matters such as opening and closing of claims files, investigating liability and indemnity, and engaging with our supply chain on behalf of first and third-party customers.

A basis of knowledge and experience within motor claims is preferred, although not essential as training will be provided.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Dealing with inbound telephone calls.
• Take full details of the claim and make an accurate record.
• Making outbound telephone calls to clarify claim circumstances.
• Liaising with companies in the supply chain.
• Handle any customer questions or complaints.

Key skills required:

• Have strong English language skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Good Excel skills
• Good time management, attention to detail, imaginative thinking
